Can anyone enlighten me on how to adjust front and rear suspension settings and whats best for me.
My manual is very basic and half in Italian !!!I dont know the correct way to go about setting it up right. :confused:
Im 5ft 10 sixteen stone

Thanks for links to web sites last one really helpful.Have adjusted suspension and bike feels smoother I guess it would help if I lost some beef but its cold in UK at this time of year..
