this would be a good buy, considering the dunlop sportmax tyres alone are about $400...thats what I paid for the Q2 ![]() there are great buys in the UK at the moment ![]() (I was going to say pommieland, but according to google, you brits find the word "pommie" still offensive, is that so?) |

I feel certain that there are those out there who would object to "Pom" and all of its derivatives. Just as there are those who will object to being called Yank/Limey/Digger/Kiwi etc etc I've got better things to get pissed about |

and the other word used here to refer to italian and greeks, wog...been called that a few times... anyways...I cant believe how cheap bikes go for in the UK, and compared to prices here Rhino, you got your bike cheap as well ![]() |

I think I'll go for this - hell as has been said - the tyres alone make it worth it. We'll see where the bidding goes but if it stays cheap then I'll put my 907ie into storage and use this as a regular ride |

Wonder wot the reserve is? Could be plus £1,500 that's the problem. This one looks a lovely machine with a good history and still cheap http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT |

Went mad in the last couple of minutes http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT still worth far more than that. I mean . . . £900 . . . bargain at twice the price. Do me a favour Mike - tell the new owner I'll pay him very well for that toolkit . . . |

I don't think so Gert, though I don't know for sure. The 907 toolkit was different from the previous Paso toolkit so it stands to reason it would differ from a 900SS toolkit from 1990. (Well 'reason' in so far as we're talking Ducati in the 90s . . . ) Thanks for thinking of my OCD though ! |

Rhino, you had a brand new one what happened to that ? Ok the pliers may not have had the correct colour and maybe the ringspanner was not the correct size or so but those parts were used in so many italian bikes that it shouldn`t have been a problem to find them and set up your kit exactly as described in the user manual.
