The Electrex regulators have been out of stock for months. I've used them before (on other bikes) and they worked. After some searching I found who had ones identical to OEM (original casting with Ducati electronica, just no sign of "made in Italy"). It matched wire for wire, gave me my charge warning light, and cost $40 less than the Electrex model. You will discover that the euromotoelectrics guy (in Colorado, USA) runs an eBay store which is how I originally found them. Prompt order processing, they sent the unite via priority mail, and the guy that runs the business took the time to pen a thank you note and signature on my invoice. I actually just replaced one on my 907 with one, and it's charging well once again.

It's over here in the USA, but here are two OEM ones that supposively the same part number, but different overall shape and I can't make out if the connectors are the same, though.....

Back in the day['87] had F1 Laguna Seca that gave a good show when regulator burnt,located in front of steering stem. Replaced with regulator from Yamaha Virago, never had another problem with electrics. Wish i could say the same for the rest of the bike. :thumbdown:
