Hi all, I changed my brakelines and the clutchline, all brake fluid and clutchfluid and I bleeded out fluid til there was only clean fluid with no air. Now there seem to be a slightly spongy feel in the front brake and the grip goes almost all the way to the handlebar, not the sort of solid feeling that I expected.... ![]() ![]() was the highest point and still not good, could it bee some kind of leak inside the cylinder??? I`m getting a bit frustrated here...Please help!!! ![]() ![]() |

I would take master cylinder out from steering bar and let it OVERNIGHT in such position, that top banjo bolt is little lower, that piston. Then tomorrow still in same position in would make small/fast pumping with my fingers with lever many times.... That have helped to mine bikes allways, if some air stayed still in system. One time i opened that cover from master cylinder and inoticed plenty of small air bubbles coming out to reservoir, when i pumped it fastly with my fingers. Previuous evening i couldnt take all air away from system. So this is only, what happened to me and how i have solved such problems allways... I hope You managed! ![]() |

It's just air in the system up high. It very hard to force out. Use a tie wrapa to hold the lever in overnight and the bubble may come up to the reservior. |

Thnx guys, there were several tiny bubbles in the reservoir after I turned it so the banjo was lower than the reservoir and left it overnight. Nice solid feel in the brakelever now!! ![]() ![]() ![]() start the bike but nothing, not even a little tick in the starter relay... ![]() But a little tap on the relay and the starter turned over. Now i`ts 22.30 so I`ll fill the tank tomorrow and we`ll see if it starts. I did not ride the bike last year so I am really looking forward to ride now. Safe riding to ya all. ![]() ![]() Krakan 907 Red |
