Post subject:  mufflers question
Im watching an auction in the USA :) :) which someone is selling a pair of stock mufflers from a 906ie and didnt specify what year.My bike is a 92 907ie and it came with Staintune pipes and I would like to have stock mufflers.Will they fit my bike???They are black..Thanks,Glenn

I think they will, as the basic layout of the 906 and 907 engine and frame is the same.

I didn't try or measure, but my guess is that is will fitt. only the color can be different.
the '92 907 had aluminium canisters?

The '91 907 has black canisters, the '92 one has aluminium canisters.
