To summarize (late to the discussion) all of the sprocket carriers are the same starting from the 907 on up, except for: - Bearing size (easy enough to change) - New versus old pins (RH Vs, LH thread ) (although the pin into the wheel are the same size) - Carriers for 4.5" wheels are machined a bit more on the sprocket side to bring the chainline inboard more than the 5.5" rims. (5 speed transmission compared the 6 speed transmission) But they started as the same casting as indicated by the numbers on them.
E-bay or used is your best deal as few people want them. If you run different gearing for trackdays or such, its a lot easier to have a spare sprocket carriers with different sprockets and just swap them out.
Get one from a 900 Monster or SS and you should be fine.
