Clutch bucket holding tool

Hi,

I'm in need for a clutch bucket holding tool, off was pretty easy with an airgun but on, with a torque wrench, is a different matter.
Question: has anyone experience with the simple/cheap tool in the picture?
It doesn't mention the Paso, so I'm not sure it will fit ours .... :?:

I never used that but I had two other Laser tools and both broke the first time I used them.
There`s actually an according comment on Amazon about this tool.

I did see that tool also, but same question: does anyone has any experience with it?
They say it can be used on all dry Ducati clutches but ..... they also sell their own brand of clutch basket which they say works on all dry Ducati clutches ..... which is not correct (750 & 906 have a different construction). :banghead:

So if anyone has experience with the tool (2 brands but similar Delrin construction i.m.h.o.) in the picture .... let me know :truck:

Will most likely use it only once or twice, so simple and cheap is what I'm looking for :beer:

Real men make their own

here's mine , and someone was asking about tools to remove cylinder head nuts ... bent up a 18mm spanner and welded it to a socket :banghead:

No worries Randtcastell, should mention that I did heat the spanner before bending , and it was a Aigo brand , not to put the piss on the brand but it aint no Snap on

, and the handle on the clutch tool is long enough so that the footpeg bracket can be used as a rest thus requiring only the one pair of hands to loosen/tighten the clutch nut . the ring is an old steel plate and the middle leg ( for want of a better name ) is kinked so to support the plate evenly and still allow access for the socket

Yeah G its a 15mm and I have used it ............16 times :lol:

and the clutch tool ..... Hmm last time I used it was on my SS and I think it just fitted under the bracket rather than the peg itself .... not sure as it was a few years ago now
