Post subject:  Fuel Hose diagram

On page TAV26 of the Parts Catalog, the carburetor fuel hose diagram clearly shows the fuel line being diverted twice with 'Y'-shaped splitters. Only one fuel line is seen leading away from this jumble--apparently this is the line that will feed the carb, but where is the fuel return line?
I cannot see the return line in the diagram at all, and I am in the process of routing my fuel lines properly, but I don't think the diagram is accurate;or is it?

Rick, all diagrams don`t even show that the tank has a return line. Maybe in the first planning it didn`t have that. Routing like suggested would probably lower fuel pressure as the pump pumps against the flow. This may improve some Weber symptoms. If you don`t have a fuel pressure regulator I guess I would keep that setup and add another Y before the carb that goes to the fuel return input of the tank (that`s the rear one of the two)

Former fuel tanks had only petcock fuel outlet and asmallpipe for vapour ventilation, so they needed the pipeline shown in the diagram.
Later pasos had the double fuel inlet/outlet as shown in a small label applied in the hidden part of the tank.

are you sure there were Pasos without a returne line input on the tank ? I have a quite early model and it has it, too.
