Hi Desmo here does anyone know the colour match? red?.....or equivelent?

There are plenty of topics about the difficulty of matching the right colour...

I have found a blended combination of 2 testors lacuers to match perfectly and once clear coated are outstanding in appearance. Is not your cheapest way to go and requires some skill with a paint gun...........
One is Italian red and at the moment I don't remember the other but it is here somewhere
But it does look sharp and matches the ducati reds very well a liitle more of one than the other and you got it spot on

So c`mon, what`s the secret?

thought I did
the secret is blending two reds together,one bluer one oranger both very red.
Oh,and testors,made for plastic lacquers,Tamaya also makes very nice lacquers
Italian red was the orange base,I have to find the blue base I have it just have to find it. I think it was signal red.
the only other secret is elbow grease and cornstarch
