Hi,

Looking for a set of carbs,mainfolds and linkage to do a conversion swap on my 88 paso. I have been told that any dual carb setup off of a 90's ss750 or ss900 will do the trick and that some monster carbs will also work.

Whoa, you wanna do some research, you do! I've got a set of Mikuni's from my 900ss, and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy! I've got dellortos on my 900ss and Paso now, and I can't honestly recommend them for the 900ss; (has something with watching my bike burn to the ground on pit lane at Mid Ohio-but the battery acid from the explosion, and the PKP from the fire extinguishers was the worst).

But the PHF 36's I have in the Paso have metal float tabs, so hopefully no Duck Flambe' because of them.
